Welcome to a Passive Wealth MBA of Real Estate via YouTube University

If you’ve read my newsletter for a little bit you know I got my Masters degree in International Real Estate. Which of course is not cheap, nor is it super fast. Even though I often challenge the tradition you have to go to college it has been of massive value for me.

BUT! Outside of books and masterminds the most massive learning tool I’ve used in my life is YouTube. I’d bet YouTube has made many people millionaires from using their platform to learn things.

I wanted to come up with a 10-day YouTube MBA series on Real Estate, in fact you could binge watch them all in a day if you wanted to go down a rabbit hole. There are 2 videos per topic because I’ve found the more insights on a single topic the more depth I begin to get. Of course you can go down each topic independently and I’d encourage you to take notes and learn more on any topic that blows your hair back.
